Peter is a keynote speaker, bestselling author and expert consultant. He is founder of the specialist consulting firm GeniusWorks, helping you to develop better strategies and ideas for your business and make them happen, and Professor of Leadership, Strategy and Innovation at IE Business School.

From nuclear physics to managing the Concorde brand, marketing Coca Cola in Asia, innovation with American Express, new business models for Microsoft, developing leaders with Time Warner, and launching new brands with Virgin, Peter has worked in or with over 250 companies in 50 markets helping them to think bigger and different, to grow further and faster.

He features in the Thinkers 50 Guru Radar, and was recently described by Business Strategy Journal as “one of the most interesting new business thinkers”. He is author of 7 business books, including “Gamechangers” which was nominated for business book of the year.
