It builds AI-enabled technologies to revolutionise supply chain and production efficiency in the farming sector. Currently operating with extensive network of 11,000+ DeHaat Centers and 503 FPOs, serving 2.2 million+ farmers. It also provides AI-enabled crop advisory to farmers for 30+ crops in regional languages. Founded by the alumni from IIT Delhi, IIT Kharagpur, IIM Ahmedabad, plus support from the Bill Gates Foundation.

It was established in rural India, with a vision to empower farmers by providing them access to a wide range of agricultural inputs, markets, and crucial information. The name “DeHaat” itself reflects its mission, as it translates to “village” in Hindi.
